What is Osts USNA?
The Midshipmen receive training in ocean sailing, seamanship, navigation, leadership, and teamwork. During the summer, OSTS sends the sail training craft, Navy 44s, crewed by 3/c Midshipmen and led by 2/c and 1/c Midshipmen, USNA Faculty, Staff, or Civilian volunteers.
