Karazhan Loot Overview Each boss drops 2 Badge of Justice except for Attumen the Huntsman who drops 1, Prince Malchezaar who drops 3, and the Servant Quarters bosses which do not drop any. It is currently unknown when bosses will start dropping Badges of Justice, but this is unlikely to happen on launch.
